Virtual loot
All gameplay uses virtual loot. This loot has no monetary value. It cannot be purchased, sold, transferred, or exchanged for currency, goods, services, or prizes. LOOTPARADOX does not accept payments of any kind.
No currency
LOOTPARADOX is a free social gaming platform. No currency enters or leaves the platform. No financial transactions are facilitated. No prizes, rewards, or benefits with monetary value are offered.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Attempt to exploit, hack, or reverse-engineer the platform
- Use automated tools or scripts to play games
- Harass, threaten, or abuse other players
- Distribute malware, phishing links, or illegal content
- Misrepresent LOOTPARADOX as a platform involving currency
Intellectual property
All content on LOOTPARADOX (design, code, graphics, copy) is the property of LOOTPARADOX or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
Disclaimer
LOOTPARADOX is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, data preservation, or specific outcomes. Virtual loot may be reset at any time.
Limitation of liability
LOOTPARADOX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Since no currency is involved, no financial loss can result from gameplay.
Changes
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
